Ainsley gets back from her night out and exercises. Apparently the gym wasn't enough for her. She works out until she's tired, then eats and goes to bed.
I don't know how she can eat with that mess next to her, but she is a slob so it doesn't bother her. And ice cream for dinner? After working out twice? Talk about conflicting behaviors.
The next day she's just hanging around the house (dancing) when her phone rings.
It's her boss, Kelsey Frost. And apparently he's boring. However, Ainsley really wants that promotion, so she does what she does best.

After talking to Kelsey, Ainsley realizes that if she wants to get further in her career she should throw a party for her coworkers. She knows she can't do it yet, however, because her place is a mess and not well set up (open bathroom anyone?). She can't do anything about the layout yet, but she can clean.
